Hey, I’m Luciana.

I’m a software engineering leader and career strategist deeply passionate about neuroscience.

This practice is how I merge those domains.

I spent the last 17 years in tech. 7 of them leading high-pressure engineering orgs.
I burned out multiple times. I rebuilt multiple times. And through that repetition, a skill was forced to emerge.

Learning to debug the interface between my nervous system and my work.
